Our approach is based on a two-phase process:

In the first phase, a thorough understanding of the context of the client is established, together with a tailored scoping of the second phase.

In the second phase, the specific needs of the client are catered for in detail.

The first phase is typically undertaken with significant engagement with the client supported by meetings, workshops and qualitative approaches, whereas the second phase is supported, to the extent relevant, by modern tools of system risk and resilience modeling, reliability analysis, big data techniques, together with artificial intelligence modeling technologies.
